data-start=\"672\" data-end=\"834\">This milestone marks another important step in strengthening\u00a0<strong data-start=\"733\" data-end=\"766\">aquatic sports infrastructure<\/strong>\u00a0and promoting\u00a0<strong data-start=\"781\" data-end=\"803\">youth water safety<\/strong>\u00a0in Rwanda and across
